In honor of Carolyn’s 40th birthday on May 23, I have started this blog to let all share their memories, funny stories, pictures, video and more about Carolyn.
Write as much or as little as you would like. Follow the format that I have provided under What I love about Carolyn under Carolyn's picture or follow your own format – whatever you like.
Complete your entry by Memorial Day so when we get back from Disneyworld the blog will be full when I unveil it to her.

BIRTHDAY GIRL EXTRAORDINAIRE!
The first time I met Carolyn was at my brother Mike's apartment in Providence. In extending a welcome dinner invite to his siblings and their spouses, Mike hadn't exactly specified that there would be anyone else joining us that evening. Sooo....as we climbed out of the car in his driveway and glanced upward to his living room window to see (...no...yes?...no!...YES!) a young lady, we were of one voice: "A girl! He's got a GIRL up there!" (In retrospect not such an earth-shattering thought.) Well, this is what I now know for sure about that "girl up there":
The way she lights up a room,
The way she brings fun and warmth to any activity,
The wonderful example she sets for her children,
Her sense of commitment and community spirit,
Her kindness, her beauty and (with my gratitude)
The way she loves my brother.
I'm a lucky sis-in-law! Happy Bday on your 40th Carolyn - Rock On!
